The Arrow Lift is a top-notch and very dependable product. It has made my life so much easier. My Arrow Lift has had no issues since its installation a year ago. However, since it is a mechanical and electrical machine it could have a problem down-the-road. For that reason I purchased a maintenance plan to give me peace-of-mind should something break. The plan includes a yearly visit to my house by one of Arrow Lift's trained, professional technicians to verify all operating functions are still well within established tolerances.
