I find the group exercises classes to be very well done. The instructors are outstanding. (group power, fight, yoga, Pilates)

At the YMCA there is a feeling of belonging as soon as you enter their doors…from the greetings by the staff at the front door to the instructors and members. Exercising in a group setting not only assists me in reaching my fitness goals but also builds friendships with each other..feeling like “family”.
Love the employees, especially the instructors l. But I also love the other members.

There are several programs offered, and they cover the whole range of age groups. Everyone is friendly and helpful. That includes the YMCA staff and customers using the YMCA. I have been a member for 25 years and have never regretted joining.
I enjoy the camaraderie of Silver Sneakers. The exercise level is just right for me.
Variety
I like the free parking, the class schedule on the app, and the free coffee
I like the water walking activity because I am unable to do any more strenuous exercise. I think everyone who works there is personable and caring. I do wish I could do silver sneakers but am not mobile enough to get all the equipment out and walk it to my chair. If I were younger and more able I am certain I would like and participate in many of your other programs
