I like the silver sneakers program because it gives me the exercise time needed plus fellowship with other older adults
So far have done a group fitness class and really liked it.
I enjoy the 6 am group classes.
There are only 3 days a week that they are offered.
I would also be interested in a 6 am yoga or body balance class and a group water exercise class
Front desk people are very friendly. Instructors are excellent.

Our Campbell County Y is fantastic. Clean, friendly, the classes that are offered are very energized. Can't wait for the outside pool to open!!!! That's where I spend my summer!!!

Variety of programming
Appreciate the aerobic and strength machines...kept in good order and usually available with little or no waiting. And facility is kept very clean., including the rest rooms.
I attend Silver Sneakers and enjoy the leaders and other participants.
On the other hand, every time I put my purse and jacket on the bleachers, I can see how disgusting and dirty the floor is underneath the bleachers!
