What do you like about our programs and activities?

I come to your location because of proximity to Fort Thomas. The best piece of equipment you have is the concept2 rowing erg machine. Other locations have replaced rowing erg machine with lower quality machines and I specifically come to Campbell County location because of the concep2 machines in your location.

I only do the water walking program but it is a godsend for me because I cannot do any other exercise. I am so glad you have this class and wish it was more accessible because it fills up so fast and the schedule app is not working now so its very hard to get in.

The Y has all the exercise equipment to tone muscle, arteries, in particular cardiovascular, as well as group to inspire.

I like the yoga & silver sneakers classes. Also the weight machines.

I do the water aerobics. Love the classes. The instructors are GREAT! The life guards are GREAT! Love being greeted every morning by staff and their friendliness. We Love Our YMCA!

Kids club is a hidden gem for parents that makes my weekly routine better for the whole family. The activities are a wide variety and don’t break our family’s budget. We love visiting the Y each week.
