I love the Silver Sneakers class. I also like the Shallow water Class, but lately it has not worked for my schedule. I tried to do both classes the same day last year, but it proved to be too much. I wish at least one Water class was on a different day than the Silver Sneakers.

Currently living in the Fort Thomas area for the next four months so I joined two weeks ago to continue my regular workout routine. So far the Campbell County YMCA has been great. The workout room and Precore equipment are very nice. Setting up an online account and adding my membership card to my iPhone wallet was easy. The facility is clean and best of all it is great to see such a variety of age groups using the Y. Have met several interesting people while having a coffee after my workout.
We’ve enjoyed the outside pool this summer and swim lessons.

Great teachers and variety of classes.
I like coming to the work out room and everyone is very friendly.
I don't really participate in any classes at the moment, as I had ankle surgery, and I can't really do any jumping and dancing around. I wish they had something for people with disabilities.
I do like to try to play pickleball.
I’m really interested in the water walking and the shallow water exercise programs but it’s hard to get into the classes because they fill up so fast i would like to see more classes available I have three new family members that joined recently and have they have the same problem
