The facility is fantastic. The people are great. Everybody's friendly but the only thing I see could be handicap accessories in the restrooms. Mainly the toilets for being able to get up or help rails to be able to stand up easier

Swimming and the professional team of lifeguards. They’re always attentive and with a 4 year old me it’s comforting to know they are there.
Great variety and availability of programs, and the staff is always polite and helpful. However, the drainage issue in the women's locker room showers needs immediate attention—it has been clogged for at least three months.
The people and sense of community
Good variety of so many great classes to motivate you. I love the water aerobics which with my limitations helps keep me moving. Also great work out equipment and Nick is a great instructor always willing to help you understand the best workout. Amazing staff and I’ve made so many new friends.

We love our community YMCA! While some updates have been done, I would give this a 10 if further renovations were completed (ie the windows have holes around them in the gym weight area and is in need of repair). Very friendly and helpful staff!

I come to your location because of proximity to Fort Thomas. The best piece of equipment you have is the concept2 rowing erg machine. Other locations have replaced rowing erg machine with lower quality machines and I specifically come to Campbell County location because of the concep2 machines in your location.
Friendly, clean offers many activities for all ages
I only do the water walking program but it is a godsend for me because I cannot do any other exercise. I am so glad you have this class and wish it was more accessible because it fills up so fast and the schedule app is not working now so its very hard to get in.
