Excellent customer service. Store manager goes out of his way to help you find the right gear for your bike. When he didn’t have the helmet and parts I was looking for he special ordered the gear and called me when they came in. Much appreciated!

I called in an emergent situation and was told to come on in and they’d take care of me. I arrived shortly thereafter and they took my Specialized Tarmac right in and got it back up and running. The guy helping me chatted with me during the repair and was very nice and personable. I’m not from that area but if there again, or if I have friends in the area, I’d absolutely tell them to check them out.
