Very happy with service completed on bike, great customer service, and love that the store specializes in Trek.
Dean was especially helpful to me when I purchased a bike carrier for my vehicle. He showed me how to install it and made sure I could do it myself. He also helped me set up my rear wheel so that I could use a bike trailer (I did not buy it from him, so I was especially appreciative of the effort!). I like the Trek Store of Bradenton is close to my house because I love to support local businesses.
Eventhough I only needed a mirror, they had what I needed, and that was the first time in the store. Looks like they could do repairs as well
The team was able to tweak a few things on our bikes in a timely manner given it was a busy Saturday. They also saw us out front before 10am and went ahead and graciously opened up a few minute early to help us. Price was reasonable.

Customer Service was great...
With a specialty shop it's ALL about customer service, I appreciated that the guy who greeted me, help me, took time to explain and listen to what I was looking for. Often times you get a person who seems like they're more annoyed that you're in their shop or because you're not purchasing a couple thousand in merchandise that their time is not worth helping you. I really enjoyed my experience at this store, and will definitely be returning for all of my Trek needs.

Personnel is very knowledgeable about all their products of bikes and accessories. As well as friendly and helpful they can tune, adjust, and repair bikes. No hard sell but a quality run shop. I would highly recommend.
