I called in an emergent situation and was told to come on in and they’d take care of me. I arrived shortly thereafter and they took my Specialized Tarmac right in and got it back up and running. The guy helping me chatted with me during the repair and was very nice and personable. I’m not from that area but if there again, or if I have friends in the area, I’d absolutely tell them to check them out.

Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I would suggest that the customer take the bike for a short ride before leaving to make sure they are happy with the product. Had a few bugs to work out after getting the bike home and will need to return to the store.
