Dean, the owner of the Bradenton, Fl. Trek Store is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Always taking the time to explain Trek products and to answer my questions.

I am a little surprised though that it took Trek several months to get a new wheel in to replace the one on my bike that I had an accident on and bent the rim. I was lucky to have another Trek bike and didn’t miss out from riding as I am preparing for a race series coming up in the near future. I have always been a Trek fan and 100% sleep, breath and eat Trek...LOL.

Dean, was very helpful and honest with me. Serviced my bike and replaced what needed to be replaced and he doesn't even carry my brand of bike. Would highly recommend this Trek store.

I've ridden TREK cycles for several decades.Of course, living in Madison, WI made that easy. I wish more of the bikes were actually made in WI. I'd be willing to pay a little more to have at least the upper end bikes made here.
