No high pressure sales pitch, allowed me to test drive several versions, and I felt confident I was dealing with a reputable Trek bike dealer. Their promptness to complete the work order to construct a new bicycle within 24 hours was just amazing. I prefer the small business owner over the big ones that have limited, if any, customer service.

I am a little surprised though that it took Trek several months to get a new wheel in to replace the one on my bike that I had an accident on and bent the rim. I was lucky to have another Trek bike and didn’t miss out from riding as I am preparing for a race series coming up in the near future. I have always been a Trek fan and 100% sleep, breath and eat Trek...LOL.
