This is my second Trek bike, and the second purchased from the Bradenton store. I enjoy the engineered feel of the bike - it is light, smooth and comfortable. Dean at the Bradenton store has looked after me and my bikes since the store opened - prompt, efficient polite and friendly.

Dean and his team at Trek of Bradenton are outstanding! On the 1-10 rating scale provided, I would rate them an 11 or even 12. They never disappoint and always have outstanding products. Dean helped me obtain a new Trek Emonda Project One in 2018, following a car-bike collision which destroyed my 2012 Madone. They have continued to service my Emonda. Yesterday, he helped me select a new Trek for my 8-year old grandson! THANKS, DEAN and Trek!
