Frank has always been very helpful. The quality of service is a cut above other stores. I had my bike serviced at a Performance Bike shop in Cincinnati. Not only was it expensive but the repairs did more harm than good. I brought the bike to Bryan’s Bike Shop and it rides like a new bike!

Great experience with a tune up on my old Kona Mountain Bike and help with their knowledge of e-bikes. Trek bikes are awesome and well made. I was on the fence about spending that much money on an e-bike but I couldn’t have picked a better bike shop or bike! Best purchase I have made since my Jeep. I highly recommend e-bikes and Bryan’s Bikes. Frank and Mark are very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
