The owner and mechanic are always very helpful.
Frank and his colleagues are detail-oriented in their repairs and tune-ups; reliable, efficient, and fairly swift! They take the client where she or he is, suggesting appropriate gear for the level and kind of riding. They don't upsell as much as explain options, so if you want to pay for the Rolls Royce style of bike or accessory, at least you know what's available.
They are incredibly knowledgeable and do great work! We are lucky to have such a great bike shop in town!
My experience with my bike fitting was professional, knowledgeable and comprehensive. This sport has a ton of nuance in my opinion and it can be hard to find a knowledgeable person to help you figure out what’s the best product to bring the greatest experience out of the sport without trying to oversell you on something that isn’t right for you. This is an excellent shop. I would recommend anyone to go here before someplace else.

this is a hometown business that is very helpful, courteous and transparent in answering questions about the products they sell. I bought my bike there many years ago and the same service is available today. They don't try to sell you what you don't want or need. Repairs are handled honestly and professionally. Good place to do business!!!

Service was quick & professional.
The owner was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. He encouraged me to test drive the bicycle, which i did, and made several seat adjustments until I was comfortable riding. He explained how to use all the gears (I never rode a bike that had more than three gears - guess I’m showing my age).
