Frank is always quick to respond to emails/calls. He services our bikes thoroughly but quickly. There is never a hard sell, only a desire to put you on the best bike for your needs. The folks that helped me at Bryan’s Bikes we’re both extremely informative and kind. They had a ton on their plates and were both working around the clock due to the pandemic impacts and still didn’t skip a beat in providing exceptional service. The shop is about 50 minutes from my house but I plan on using them in the future and recommending them to friends as well. Worth the drive!
Bryan’s bikes were responsive and accommodating. They immediately emailed me back and told me when to call for an appointment- all in times of COVID. I called them as instructed and he made space for me to come try the bike I wanted. He encouraged my fiancé and I to ride out and try the bike, adjusted the seat for me, and made great recommendations about the pedals to go with it for me. They also helped us with pumping my fiancé’s bike tires and gave us tips on how/when to pump them and keep them in great shape. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend this bike store to anyone in the area or anyone visiting. They’ll go above and beyond to make you happy.

I was very please at the way your establishment handled doing repairs despite the Coronavirus issue. When I dropped my bike off you were very attentive as to what I needed and wanted done. Even with the reduced hours you got my bike back in a timely manner. I was treated courteously when inside the shop paying for and picking up my bike. The repair price seemed very reasonable. All adjustments I asked for were made. The only thing I needed to do to be able to ride my bike was lower the seat back to my needs. I'm short and obviously the person who tested my bike after repairs had longer legs than me LOL! Thank you again for your professional service.

The quality and service from Jeff and Frank continues to be second to none. I live 30 minutes away but work in Cornwall and in four years I have not taken my bikes to a different shop. When I bought a new bike recently it was from them. They are honest, excellent mechanics, and very knowledgeable about bikes across the spectrum. I’ve been biking road, tri, MTB, and endurance races at 300+ miles for 15+ years. Prior to the last four years I have been to a lot of shops. I don’t see myself going anywhere else but Bryan’s.
