I was very please at the way your establishment handled doing repairs despite the Coronavirus issue. When I dropped my bike off you were very attentive as to what I needed and wanted done. Even with the reduced hours you got my bike back in a timely manner. I was treated courteously when inside the shop paying for and picking up my bike. The repair price seemed very reasonable. All adjustments I asked for were made. The only thing I needed to do to be able to ride my bike was lower the seat back to my needs. I'm short and obviously the person who tested my bike after repairs had longer legs than me LOL! Thank you again for your professional service.

I really like that I don't have to stress about buying a new bike each year because Bryan's Bikes does such an exceptional job tuning up and caring for the one I've had for over a decade now. They listened to all the little things that bothered me about the bike and tuned it up so well it rides like new now.

You repaired 2 of my bikes (one that I was afraid couldn't be fixed) and told me that I should watch some videos to be able to make sure they remain in safe condition. I did! I have done several repairs myself and I feel like I know a lot more now so that I can understand the basic operation of the bikes better. I have 4 kids riding them, so I feel more knowledgable when things go wrong.

We've had multiple bikes tuned up by Bryan's bikes and have consistently been happy with the quality of the work and the transparency in what needs to be fixed. The prices are reasonable. They tuned up my bike two weeks ago, and despite the extremely busy business they are facing with spikes of bike purchases with COVID, the turn around time was fast. Thank you!
Bryan's is a local bike shop run by enthusiastic bikers. Frank and his team are super friendly, honest, and competent. I was in the shop one day when a Trek rep was in and we talked gravel bikes for about 30 minutes. I love the shop and am really happy they are in the town in which I live. They have a good stock of merch and are happy to get what they don't have on hand if necessary.

Trek /Bontrager are excellent products. The service at Bryan's Bike Shop is excellent... even with the pandemic and its restrictions, I was able to purchase my cycling needs. It's the best bike shop around.
