Love Trek Bicycle Store. Purchased my Trek Verve several years ago and recently brought it in for a regular tune up service appointment and to purchase a new seat. They were so helpful with my new physical restrictions and for recommending the right seat for my needs. They helped me into the store with my bike and I didn't have to wait for them to wait on me. When I picked my bike up a week later, they had installed the seat and also helped me to attach my rear blinking light to the back of my bike. Really, really helpful and, of course, they gave me the professional service I expect from them. Highly recommend them for all of your cycling needs!

When you walk into the shop you will find friendly, personable and instant assistance. The techs are very good at making a reasonable fix right away. If they do not have a part in stock, they'll order it for a quick turnaround. Every cyclist needs a go to shop. The Trek Bike Store is mine.

Customer service at its finest. I was struggling in the parking lot to remove my bike from the back of my pickup and the gentleman working at the front desk came out without me asking and helped me. Extremely professional and personable. Service on my bike took less than 10 minutes and the technician was polite as well. Couldn't ask for a better experience. 10/10 would recommend this Trek store in Sunrise Florida.
