I had my 20 year old trek bike stolen and when i initially went to look at a replacement Fabian was very helpful and informative without being pushy.
I can vouch for Trek bicycles being a lasting product and had no problem replacing with another Trek, aside from the cost of course.

The staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. They exceeded my expectations in every respect. After fixing my bicycle's two flat tires, the tech offered to help me load my bicycle into my car. I'm not used to such service these days!
Brought my verve 3 in for a tune up and they did a great job. Gears change good and the also cleaned it.
great service. we’re from out of state. brought my bike in after getting a flat. had two new tires put on and got my back the next day. the guy knew I was out of state and said he would get it back asap so I wouldn’t be w/o my bike while here,

The store was well stocked with inventory to choose from. The salesperson Brice, even though new to the staff, was well versed in knowing the product line. Additional staff members were also helpful and pleasant too.

Having been a manger 27 years in the area, I noticed customers are not greeted when they enter your store. Nor are they acknowledged in any way. A nod of the head, making eye contact, holding up a finger. If they are currently waiting on a customer they turn around and walk away never speaking to the person who is next in line waiting to be taken care of. I do understand the work area is very open and you are very busy and everyone has a job to do and workers are scarce. I personally feel it is very important to greet & acknowledge customers who have made the effort to come in.
Once someone(s) actually spoke with me they were very polite & friendly. I can say my bike was finished in a very timely manner. Thank you! Especially for adjusting my seat for me. Imagine my surprise when my feet wouldn't reach the pedals when I went to leave the parking lot. It had been years & years since I had to adjust my seat. The gentleman who helped me was very polite & personable. And a couple of suggestions were made for my safety.
All in all great service once one gets acknowledged and waited on.
