Great experience from Rodney! The guy is literally a one man show doing it all in a busy shop. Time for a little more staff there. Although, I had a good experience buying a bike from Rodney, the process would have been much quicker if this location had more staff.
Also want to give a thanks to Gino in the Boca store because he found the bike I ultimately bought in the Lauderdale store. Both guys were very willing to help and answered all my questions. My score would have been a 10 but loss a point for the lack of help.

JOSEPH is the best salesman in the world. I wanted to by a bike for my wife for xmas. My wife was in the store a year before and sat on a trek beach cruser.She said she liked it BUT SHE HAD A BIKE so I said you dont need it and she agreed.A year later I call Boyton Trek Store from NEW YORK and asked for JOSEPH. He got on the phone and rememberd me and my wife and the exact bike. IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. I ordered the bike with the color i wanted and added front and back baskets that JOSEPH.recommend. BUT I told JOSEPH that I wasnt coming back to Florida for months he said no problem THE BIKE WILL BE IN STORE READY WHEN YOU ARE. Then I said it was a suprise for my wife and I needed it delivered on a certain day and time and JOSEPH said no problem.So my wife and I land in Florida months later an 1 hour later there is a knock at the door and my wife opens the door.THERE IT IS a brand new custom Trek Electra with baskets front and back.My wife could not beleive it SHE STARTED TO CRY.All my phone calls to JOSEPH ; and I made alot to him ;was answered with great patience and detail. I owe all this toJOSEPH THE BEST TREK SALESMAN IN THE WORLD!!!!! LETS RIDE!
