Awesome staff, no pressure at all, let my daughter try out a bike and ride around the store. Had a mechanic ensure everything was tight and set after we bought it, adjusted her helmet, etc. Had a cafe with food, coffee, beer on site.

Y’all are truly the best! Your staff are top notch, the products are high quality and at a good price, and the location is awesome! I live in DC and used a local shop to replace my bike tires and tubes, but the front tire was clicking after the installation, and the mechanic confessed he couldn’t figure out the problem after half an hour of adjusting. My bike is my method of commuting, and I couldn’t risk damage to the bike (Google troubleshooting didn’t help me). So I drove an hour out to Reston, and staff fixed the wheel in no more than 5 minutes!!! You are worth the drive, and I am very grateful for you! I’ll be taking the longer trip for any future bike needs. Thank you!
Provide a technician who can work on ebikes for both those which Bikelane sells and for which which Bikelane doesn't sell.

I LOVE having a high-quality, high-service, high-friendliness bike company nearby. I'm never going anywhere else in this area.
Usually the service is great but this time was an exception. Nobody was available to help size my kids helmet. He outgrew his old one and needed a new one. A staff members stood by and watched without assisting. Would have been nice for someone to confirm it actually fit correctly.
