Derek the mechanic was awesome. I stopped in due yo my own apprehension at installing a quick link on my bike that didn’t have one originally. A simple job I know, but I also know my track record of taking things apart, which I’m very good at, and then being stumped on the re-assembly. In order to learn I asked Derek if I could watch to learn. and he cheerfully said “yes”. He was yet another great representative of Bike Lane’s terrific service- from sales, to fitting to beer!

There's a buzz of activity anytime you go into The Bike Lane. It's a community. It's staffed with experts focused on serving the cycling community no matter whether you're a beginner or a speed racer. They strive to provide the best customer service while placing you in the bike most suited for your needs. I purchased my last two bikes from The Bike Lane and I'm sure my next one will come from there, too. Keep up the good work!

The customer service (both sales and service) is consistently excellent and is the best of any bike store in the area. A particular shout-out to Marc Walowac, who has always listened to our concerns and provided helpful responses. We also enjoy our interactions with Ward.
