Jeff is the bomb on tech advice for high end full suspension mountain bikes and First name removed let us test ride his personal bike to see if liked it before purchase. Who does that? And what is there not to like about a bike shop with beer located right next to trails?

The service is fantastic! Derek took my electric bike when I wrote it there and I couldn't figure out what was the matter with that and then they fixed it and I went and picked it up days later and it was a minimal cost and Tom explained to me that it just needed some kind of update. These guys are all awesome!

Very attentive to the "problem behind the problem" -- and then fixed both the obvious issue and the underlying issue, at a very reasonable price.
Don't tell a patron that something is a warranty item, and you'll take care of it; and then charge them labor for the repair.

More bike brands. More inventory to ride. Pretzels on weekdays. Otherwise don’t change a thing!
