Everyone very helpful,professional and knowledgeble
We've used the Bike Lane for service and small product purchases before but this was our first bike purchase through them. Staff was very knowledgeable and appreciated Tom's tip that the Roscoe 8s were having a great sale.
Very helpful and kind staff, and the cycling gear and products are high quality. It’s also a great place to grab some coffee and snacks, located right on the WO&D trail. Highly recommend!

TBL has always been a great bike shop with the best mechanics in town. I go to the Bike Lane even though there are other shops closer.

Bike lane is more than an up-to-date bike shop. It's a cultural hub with wonderful staff who earnestly provide great services and advice about cycling. Bike lane sponsorship of bike events and offering refreshments and comradeship make it most welcoming. I've always enjoyed my stop at the Reston Bike Lane and recommend it to all my friends. It's a comforting feature to the Reston community.

Great technicians do a thorough inspection of bike in order to determine scope of pre-season maintenance needs. Awesome job performing work and done very quickly. Great communication.
As always, the service team (Tom and Richard) were super helpful dispensing bike repair with helpful advice.
The mechanic was able to get a part installed and get me out the door in less than an hour.
Extremely pleased with the tune-up of my Trek Roscoe. I typically ride this bike off road on snowy and muddy trails and the wear and tear over the past few has taken its toll. They gave me a very detailed estimate of cost for the tune-up (scored the 20% off sale), labor and parts. When I picked it up my bike looked and rode like brand new. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

There was a bit of confusion when I asked about being "fitted" for the bike. When I left it for the comprehensive tune-up ($191), the person I spoke to said they'd be able to "fit" it for me when I picked it up. The bike had been given to me by a friend. He didn't mention any charges for that. The gentlemen at the cashier when I picked up the bike said there was usually a charge to fit the bit. They did help me with aligning the saddle to my hip. So not sure about this.
Still, the bike looks great and I can't say enough good things about the woman who helped
me with learning how to take the wheel on and off.

The coffee and couches!! 🤣😂 the people who I met there on Saturday are all so friendly and the atmosphere is great! I’ll be coming by more often now that I got a taste of those trails right outside the door leading down to the river.
