Very pleased with the personalized service and support.
Everyone is kind. Your shop is not the closest and I went to several before I spent money on a new bike. I had been ignored, people acted like I was bothering them with my questions, and I felt talked down to.
At the Bike Lane everyone is welcome, even a beyond-middle-aged woman not dressed for the Tour de France. You even took extra time to look up a question about tire pressure and show me the details on the computer screen.
The staff is always great and super helpful; the service is quick, pro, and has my bike feeling great every time

Great staff, friendly and attentive as well as helpful.
Always fun to stop by Bike Lane. Even though I am not buying a top of the line bicycle I do purchase parts and coffee. The folks are helpful and engaging.
The team at Bike Lane dropped what they were doing and replaced my tire inner tube while I was waiting. I had expected to drop it off and return at a later date. Instead, I walked out with it repaired in 20 minutes. I was back on the bike that evening!
