The customer service and staff interactions were the best, I think, I've ever experienced from any business I've been to. Mark, in particular, was absolutely great to deal with. Got a great bike. Great communication from the shop. I could not be happier with my experience.
I very much appreciate Richard's attention to detail in helping me with my bike rack. He was able to explain the work and help me understand a better way of using my rack. I also appreciated his one on one conversation with the Kuat spokesman on additional parts to my rack installation. Richard was able to resolve the issue for me. Thanks to Richard and other Bike Lane staff for help with putting rack on car!

As a beginner purchasing a road bike, the team was extremely welcoming and talked me through their products, providing the reasoning behind WHY they recommend some over others. Bill in particular was extremely generous and thorough in his explanations of any questions I had.

We had our first encounter at the Bike Lane when we stopped by for the kids triathlon meetup. The store staff was kind, patient, and helpful, despite having several children in the store. We are not (yet) avid bikers but this store was genuinely so helpful in assessing my kids’ bikes that I will be shopping here for all of our biking needs.

Road bike rental ultimately went great. Marc was hugely interested in my satisfaction. Only issue was I did an online rental several months ahead and when I called a week or 2 before just to check I was told they may not even rent road bikes and I was supposed to be contacted. Ultimately they got me the road bike I was interested in and issue resolved. I was nervous due to signing up for an organized ride with friends and flew in from out of town.
Thank you for insuring my happiness. I would buy or rent from them. Very professional shop, I think just victims of a policy change that had a mishap.
Great customer service fixed my bike on the spot for a very reasonable price, and gave a free tune up even though I purchased the bike from them over 9 years ago and this was my first time back in the shop.

The bike lane was able to quickly fix my tire and inspect the bike and the staff was very friendly. I’m new to the area and they gave me some really good information about the W&OD trail and some activities in the area. I’ll definitely be bake for my bike needs
Just learned about this bike store last week when I called and talked to Loren about a bike repair. He was able to take my bike in quickly and make a complex repair for a great price. I plan to return with another bike frame that needs work and recommend that Loren to address the problem. This bike store is worth driving 40 minutes to and passing by several bike stores on the way!
