Went into the shop to purchase a new bike helmet and the owner personally assisted me in choosing the right helmet for my riding needs. Now this task does not necessarily require hands on assistance, but it was very telling that the owner would go to the trouble of helping out a customer, and it is indicative of the great support I've experienced at this small business over the past 7+ years. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with bike needs to stop by - they are directly on the W&OD, have great products at fair prices, on premises brewery, great service, and great food. Did I mention the brewery...

The sales associate was the best! I believe his name was Alex. It was very busy in the shop when I purchased the bike, but he answered all of my questions. He was very nice to my son (he was getting his bike that day). I will definitely be coming back here when I buy another bike.
