We are from the Salt Lake City area. While visiting DC we rented bikes from The Bike Lane.
What a wonderful experience! The owner and his staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They adjusted the bikes to fit us. Gave us advice about the bike trail. And just were incredibly friendly.
After our ride, we ate lunch in their cafe area. Food was delicious with fair prices.
On our next visit to DC we'll rent from this shop again.

Everything! You guys are top shelf! Everyone in your store always gives excellent customer service. In particular, (I don't know his name, but I think he's the main service guy.) He really went out of his way to help me with my son's bike's repairs. He really went the extra mile to get Trek to help out with parts and kept my costs way down.
