We are new to the biking world, as my wife recently started competing in triathlons. She has an older bike, purchased brand new in 2009, stored during marriage and kids, and never had a single ride until 2022, when she started training for Ironman. The guys at Bike Hub set her up with a full service, and a fitting. As she is starting to figure out more her wants and needs, they are there to help every step of the way. One of the things she appreciates most is that they are eager to sell her what she needs, not upsell her on the most expensive item. Recently she purchased a part, and the gentleman explained that while the part that was nearly $100 more, was superior in a couple ways, it probably would not realize the best benefit on the older bike and recommended the less expensive part. We appreciate the honesty in an area where we are not highly familiar. We look to the experts for sound advice, and it's nice to know that they are actually trying to help, rather than make the highest sale. Bike Hub is our place, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a bent rear derailleur and Mark readjusted it so that all the gears were engaging when prompted! He was very professional and detailed oriented!! I would definitely bring my road bike to them to repair or enhance my riding experience!
He even adjusted the saddle to better fit my riding position!
