You helped me get my bike fixed after I got hit by a car and needed a estimate for the insurance Co. which you did in one day. You also were willing to work on my Himiway ebike which I know some shops won't. I had to order some parts from Himiway for you and that was fine and as soon as I got the parts you fixed the bike fast. I had you rotate my tires which you did and that saved me a lot of trouble trying to do it myself. Friendly service, a pleasure doing business with you. The only thing that I wish you would do, that you don't is open and grease the motor. But still very happy.

Mark was awesome. I came in not sure of the type of bike I wanted or even needed. He asked me a couple questions to narrow our search, showed me a few different types and styles, and next thing I knew I was out for about a 15min test ride. It was about closing time and he and the other staff stuck around after hours while he adjusted and fitted me to my new ride.

The staff are the BEST, a reflection of the way John Abernathy runs the Valley shop. They work hard to meet sometimes unreasonable customer requests, get work out the door on time or ahead of schedule, are helpful/courteous/respectful of customers and all at reasonable prices.
To put all of this into perspective, I can be a pretty demanding and hard guy to please! So if you need a new bike, parts/supplies or service, you can’t go wrong at The Bike Hub.
