The folks there are always attentive and personable. The work is done thoroughly and in good time. It’s apparent they love bikes of all kinds. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. A person can just wander around looking at items without any fear of hard sell tactics.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Large inventory of products. Sound advice on everything from bike selection/fit to maintenance tips to the best local trails. The staff are all experienced cyclists who use the products they sell.
Just recently purchased a new mountain bike from the Valley store. John and Mark were absolutely awesome. They took the time to work with me and get me properly fitted and set up on my new wheels. Being relatively new to Spokane they took the time to provide me with some much needed recommendations. I could not have been more pleased with the experience and will definitely be coming back as a regular for any of my biking needs!

6 months after I bought my mountain bike, I wasn't happy with the way it was riding. I did everything to make it better. I had it disassembled when I went back to the shop and asked Mark what I should do. He spent an hour and a half putting my bike together and sold me some new tires and a take-off new shifter. Great price on both. He didn't try to push me into more expensive tires. Said all I needed where tubed tires. He didn't charge me for his time.
This is the way they have always treated me. Just a group of great, bike loving, people.
I have bought 2 mid-range bikes from them and love them both. I have watched them deal with customers. The always listen and treat everyone with respect. Just a family type of atmosphere.
