I like that even when you’re maybe shortstaffed and have a lot of customers you’re still always really nice. It makes a big difference and keeps me coming back to the bike hub. Your staff is never too busy to give me tips or answer my questions. Several times if I have just needed a little screw or a spring or something, you’ve just given it to me without charge. At times I could have just gone to Walmart or somewhere else and maybe spent less money but I would never get the good feeling I have at the bike hub!

My last purchase was a new trailer hitch bike rack by "Kuat". Liberty Lake Bike-Hub had it in stock and it installed very easily. The tilt feature is excellent, the price was very good, its appearance is one of the best and it carries two 65 lb Trek Rails elegantly.
