I don't usually write reviews, but I would be remiss in not recognizing the amazing experience I have every time I enter The Bike Hub. I took my son's bike in for repairs and a tune up last week. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. They offered prompt service, ensuring my son's bike was attended to as quickly as possible. They kept me informed of the progress during the repair, which I really appreciated.
Not only did they provide an excellent free bike tune-up, but they also went above and beyond by completing extra services at no additional charge. This level of customer care and attention to detail truly sets them apart.

The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, plus they go out of their way to talk bikes with our bike-obsessed kiddos and that means the world! We've had several tune-ups and installs done, and each time we've felt great about the products and service. Absolutely recommend their business to all!
Staff is very helpful, even to the point of solving small issues free of charge. When I returned for service, they offered advice on upgrades when I am ready and in the mean time different adjustments to my current gear and riding style. I appreciate that.
