I was very well taken care of while selecting a bike. On my first visit, the staff really listened to me, and that was carried through on subsequent visits. Once my bike had arrived, Mark was very helpful to make sure it was adjusted perfectly and answered all my questions.

The first service personal was very helpful. He informed me that this particular bike was on back order and would possible be available in a couple months. He took all my contact information and said he would contact be when it came in. With no contact from him I called in June and in July visited the bike shop to follow up to see if the bike that I requested came in. He had a hard time remembering my request even after writing down the information upon my first visit and calling in between my first and this visit. I was informed after taking down my information again he would call when it came in. With now contact again, I was passing through Spokane and just by chance I stopped to see if maybe the bike came in. It was. Ya!! I then worked with a different sales personal, Rick with awesome help. He walked me through everything I needed to know. Helped us get set up to haul the bike along with my husbands bike on the back of our motor home. We needed to wait for extra parts. He kept me in the loop as to when the basket may come in so I can pick up the bike complete.
I would highly recommend this shop for a purchase of a bike along with repairs. Be sure to ask for Rick. Rick also helped with repairing my husbands bike while working to set up my new purchases.
