They were very friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and there was no pressure to purchase anything. When I had to take back a deposit because of health issues, they were very understanding and there was no animosity. The shop was fantastic: lots of bikes at all price points so there is something for everyone. In house repairs/tune up service, and a pretty convenient location. I will be back!

I had originally went in to just get some knowledge and try a couple different kinds of bikes, but Mark was so friendly and accommodating while helping my wife and I, I couldn't see myself buying anywhere else. They have a great selection of bikes in their shop, but be warned, they are not the cheap ones you'll find at the big box stores. They carry quality brands that are built to last. Trust me, Mark is an expert on finding the right kind of bike for your intended use and skill level.
Anytime I need mechanical work done on one of my bikes, The Bike Hub is where I go. Service is prompt and labor cost is very reasonable.
The store is well stocked with most everything bike-related. I purchased my second road bike, a Trek, from The Bike Hub and had some modifications completed before I took possession. Again, costs were very reasonable.
Finally, the personnel at the store are exceptional in the context of courtesy and knowledge. I suspect that is the result of the staff leadership/mentoring and management of the Valley store by John

We don't live in the area. Bike Hub was highly recommended by the guy driving past who helped us after we got double flat tires. We walked into the shop and were warmly greeted. The shop had the new tires and tubes we wanted for two bikes. They were also able to immediately replace a frayed cable. The bike was ready just four hours after dropping it off. And they even gave us a free biking map with recommendations to ride the Centennial Trail - which was a great ride. We were told that this is the only bike shop in town to visit and it's easy to see why.
