On the 3 or so occasions that I came in to discuss mountain bikes, the staff didn’t seem to have the knowledge to help me W the buying decision. There didn’t seem to be enough knowledge to compare and contrast different brands, models, key components and help me decide on which bike is right for what im looking to use it for and how i ride. I decided to buy the bike based on knowledge from staff at other bike shops. i purchased from sweet petes bc of availability.
also, the emails i received from the shop prepping me for picking up my bike were great although no one asked me to schedule the 6 week maintenance.

Great selection of products and very quick shipping, however I found the shipping quite expensive for the small size of the product I ordered. You should have different shipping rates for different sized items! Otherwise a great experience and will use your website again when shopping for bike parts.

Mitch is amazing! I’ve worked with him many times on biking fitting and adjustments and his knowledge and professionalism is way above anywhere else I’ve been. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve referred all my friends to Sweet Pete’s.

While the order did not ship right away, it arrived on time for the planned event and I was able to use the parts. The liquid parts were in plastic bags to avoid spillage.

Only room for improvement is better estimating the price of the job but other than that the guys at service were awesome and did a great job.

When I picked up the bike Brent had all the time in the world for me, going through my list of accessories and making great recommendations - including a lunch spot for my husband and me while he took the time to assemble and install the accessories.
