The shop has wide selection of good quality bikes and staff are really friendly.
No complaints, other than to say I wasn't informed when the items were shipped out. It seems most companies do this nowadays. A little thing, but it won't stop me from shopping at Sweet Pete's again. Thanks.
Only boo-boo that happened was they kept calling a legacy number that somehow was in their system despite me giving them my new one; that was frustrating because it slowed down my pickup.

With services, honesty of staff goes a long way. To take a recent example, I like that the mechanic wrote on my receipt an apology for missing a problem before (all under warranty anyway). I like that I can assume reliable information from sales and service, not up-selling or trying to unload product regardless of best-suitability, or trying to inflate a service bill with unnecessary recommendations. There is clarity from the Service dept, so I know what issues are priorities and what are secondary/for later.

This was truly the best customer service I have ever received! I came to purchase a new bike with a few ideas around what I wanted, but had no idea what bike would be a good fit. Marshall was amazing! He spent time getting to know what I am looking for and taught me a lot about what to consider. He provided many options and recommendations. I wanted to take the info back and mull it over, he sent me the information he shared in an email. Appreciate the help and time spent on finding the perfect bike!

I spent nearly $4k (a major investment for me) on an e-bike and was given very little in the way of supporting information. No manual provided, suppprting information, direction etc…
I had to phone days later to ask about how work the controls, etc.

I like that your staff provide answers and do not push the more expensive options if you are interested in a product for functionality. The repair service has always been punctual and only did what was requested without pushing other products or services that were not needed.
I’ve not been to the store , and honestly a first time online customer. Fantastic selection of products and priced competitively . The order arrived sooner than expected- which is always a plus . Like Frosty … I’ll be back again someday.
