The layout of the store is well organized with plenty of selection of bike parts, merchandise, etc...the customer service at the front desk when I stopped by to pick up an ordered item came across as somewhat flakey, though, with the two sales clerks looking pretty bored...the store was pretty "quiet" at that point, but I suppose it's not wrong to expect more of air of professionalism.
Helpful and honest feedback. Zero pressure and good stocked products. Also very patient to explain the options and get you ready for your new bike before leaving.
Great bikes for rental. $100 per day is reasonable for 1-2 days, although suggest cheaper rates for 5 days are more

Simply love the service. Only quality products. Any issue gets resolved instantly. Also more importantly, communication and generally loose and friendly atmosphere. I have learned a lot from you guys and definitely will suggest to friends and family. There is only a handful of bike shops I trust to leave my bike with and you're definitely on my list. I absolutely know that their work is good so there is no hesitation in front of a large SUV on Toronto streets. Thank you and keep it up. Norco fluid VLT carbon Shimano Bosch SX rock hard street tires (just because off road tires on street are heard from a mile away). Cheers.

All of the staff, especially in the maintenance department, has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They’ve always been kind, willing to listen, and patient — something that’s sadly not that common at a lot of local bike shops.
Not much really, it's becoming a tough market again. Kudos to you for catering to 'old school' requests (beaded tire, Conti 4 Seasons) when the market (at least for now, it will swing back) is gaga for tubeless.
Someone reached out to me immediately when my payment didn’t go through that included an explanation of action taken and options for next steps. It allowed me to confidently make a decision with assurances that I would be well taken care of.
