Location for myself. Riding up several hills on busy Bloor corridor. No local streets for test driving bikes with hills off the major Bloor st. Not really convenient for getting bike to & fro for service etc.
i am aware that local transit (subway stations with elevators) is available , although I have not explored that route. Also not sure about TTC policy on transporting E-Bikes.
Over all staff are friendly, knowledgeable , & helpful. Products are top of the line I believe.

Lower price compared to others
Purolator failed me twice now. No attempt of delivery.Just a sticker left on my door telling me, I have to go to missus saga to pick up my package. Not going to happen. I must wait for the package to be sent back to sender you.
What a waste of time waiting all day for delivery that was not attempted just like 16 months ago.
I WILL NEVER ALLIW THE USE OF PUROLATOR EVER AGAIN. THEY FONT EVEN ATTEMPTTO TING THE BELL. MY BELL IS LOUD.
