Nice and well informed staff and great products
Overall I'm happy with my purchase, but buying experience can be hit or miss depending on the sales rep. I came in a first time and spoke with a knowledgeable sales rep. I was shown an FX+1 ebike and was told it was special compared to other bikes because of the throttle. Second time, I ended speaking to someone in a purple shirt initially, who did not seem knowledgeable at all. He had no idea about the throttle whatsoever, which I found very frustrating. This was a 3k+ purchase, so not being given accurate information is very problematic. I decided then to speak to another associate, who wqas very knowledgable and helpful. I would advise to make sure that either all associates are equally knowledgeable, or let sales associates redirect clients to more knowledgeable associates when needed. Otherwise purchase seems good so far.
Jordan was very helpful. I was able to test out the bike and bring it home that day! He even advocated to price match a competitor.
I had to come back the next for my rack an wheel locks and he was helpful in selecting them as well. Your mechanic was able to install them quickly and I was on my way.

Friendly service, found what I needed on web site a was able to arrange the pickup in a very timely manner.
I appreciate that you select high quality bikes in your store. I know the bikes I have to choose from are all going to be great, will hold up over the years, and are a great value for the price.
Good selection and service
Best balance of price and in-store availability, or speed if it needs to come from the warehouse. I do A LOT of research before buying and keep coming back to Sweet Pete's more often than Amazon and other bike stores.
Customer service is incredible. Very friendly and eager to assist. They were as excited about me buying a new bike as I was. When I had payment issues they reached out and made sure I had options and kept my order on hold while I sorted it out. There are a lot of good bike shops in this city but Sweet Pete's stands out.

I was very pleased to find that you could supply two 24" (odd size) Cargo bike tires from Schwalbe. I tried at least 6+ bike websites with no luck, including Schwalbe North America.
