Great customer service
The service department at Sweet Pete's went above and beyond (as usual) and they are always so helpful. I needed a new derailleur hanger as part of my maintainence and instead of ordring directly from Canyon, where there was a $50 shipping fee, the service team scoured the internet and found the part for much cheaper. Service is always top notch and everyone is always so helpful
Have placed several online orders and the service has always been accurate and prompt
Product is amazing and was easy to find. Service was exceptional! Great job, Sweet Pete!
When I bought the bike, the air pressure wasn't right, the brakes started squeaking, and the chain was grinding on my very first ride.
I brought it back for servicing (the six week) and it was handled well, but again the brakes started squeaking. I wonder if the pads should have been changed? But the rest was fixed! I was happy with the technician. No upsell, just wanted to make sure I was happy.
Cleo was amazing to work with. Knowledgeable and supportive with selecting a proper helmet for my son. Thank you! We'll be back.
Excellent service on the internet order. There was a stock issue, but they called right away and worked with me to get an alternative. Very polite and courteous service.
i cannot afford regular priced cycling apparel and bike things so i love it when there's a clearout sale and i'm able to get some heavily discounted items to add to my ever-growing collection of bike gear. i also appreciate the service at sweet pete's; everyone was friendly and welcoming.
nice selection and great customer service
Good range of products, friendly advice, but not so much as to be hovering. Clean environment and a really good vibe. Highly recommended
Great selection of performance products, helpful and honest experts to select and install parts.
Great service by Jordan to find a more comfortable saddle for my Urban Xpress.
Oliver was extremely helpful, friendly, and helped my daughter and I buy her her first real bike. Just absolutely class act.
Great experience doing bike rental. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
The customer service was excellent. I’m not too knowledgeable about bikes and need some gear for mine. I spoke to someone named Luther who was very friendly and helpful. He explained what I needed in way that was very understandable to be as a layman. Thanks Luther and Sweet Peats!
Very smooth and fast service from the staff. If you are looking for bikes and bikes releated things, I highly recommend.
Very good!
Great service
Prompt customer service
Intake could be a little smoother and clearer, I'm not a very trusting person and I left a lot open rather than have it defined on paper. Also, things took a long time to get back to me, there was the initial wait for inspection, just to learn that I had to do something completely different than wait an additional week it would have been nice to know what I needed to do in a shorter time frame than that, and the whole process was originally supposed to take about a week.
The prices are reasonable, and the selection is good for what I am looking for, but it's the service and staff that make me travel farther to shop there. It is always a nice store to walk into.
Fast and accurate service. Flat tire was repaired for free even if the coverage was 10 days over. Much appreciated happy customer here.
Great customer service
Your staff are both friendly and helpful. They're good at staying in touch about the status of my order.
Very helpful and professional.
Staff were very friendly and helpful!
Good shop, nice people, decent service. Except for that young-ish guy with the facial hair and tattoos. He couldn't give less of a toss about what's going. Barely made an effort to answer my questions. Left me to go get a waiver. Realized after standing around for 5-10 minutes that he was attempting to sell a bike lock to another customer. Maybe he was a hungover...Anyway, he's a PoS but everyone else seems great. Thanks!
Super quick to ship and wide selection
I had a problem with an order from Oxygen bikes and you guys solved it 100%. Couldnt be happier

Sweet Pete’s is a place for all ages, which is one thing among many that’s so great about it. We bought our bikes there when we moved to the neighbourhood 30 years ago, and bikes for our kids. We always went there for their super-friendly bike maintenance, or when we needed to have a rescue repair. Then when our kids became adults, and started having their own kids, our grandkids got their bikes there. Everybody can get around.
Now that I’m old, the arthritis that’s a pattern in my family has got to my knees. Walking is painful, but biking still feels fine. My bike has turned into a mobility device that’s a lot better than a wheelchair. I rely on it to get around the neighbourhood – including riding over to Sweet Pete’s and saying – can you help me figure out why it’s getting harder for me to pedal? Is it because I’m getting too close to 80? But no, it turns out to be a broken spoke that I didn’t notice.
Two days ago I got the whole bike overhauled, new chain, new wheel, new gears, brakes fixed, the works. It seemed like it was time, but I had no idea how good it would feel, afterwards, to ride like I’m temporarily 42 again. A bike that’s put back in really good shape can knock decades off your age. And when I come into the store to ask for easier grips on my handlebars, the guy devises an ingenious way to adapt a standard item to an old lady’s hands. Meantime I get to sit (they give me a stool while I wait) and listen to the young racers who are there for advice on the best oil for lift-off. A perfect place.
