This bike shop has a large variety of bikes, each employee is an expert and has a lot of experience as a cyclist. They are polite, courteous and helpful.

I spent nearly $4k (a major investment for me) on an e-bike and was given very little in the way of supporting information. No manual provided, suppprting information, direction etc…
I had to phone days later to ask about how work the controls, etc.

I like that your staff provide answers and do not push the more expensive options if you are interested in a product for functionality. The repair service has always been punctual and only did what was requested without pushing other products or services that were not needed.
Communications lines were available and open.

Love Sweet Pete's! The store has lots of great selection, form trainers, to nutrition, to high-end road bikes and the service department has always been super helpful. I have been bringing my bike to Sweet Pete's now for a couple years and it will be the only bike shop I go to as long as I am in Toronto. I always tell peopple how great a shop it is.

I participated in the Park Tools maintenance course. I would have liked to go further in bike mechanics perhaps by having more classes for the price of the course. The quality of instruction was excellent but I would have appreciated greater value/depth.
The pricing is excellent, and the customer service is of the highest quality. The company has proven to be consistently reliable.
Parktool school was perfect. Executed as I hoped with all of my questions answered and plenty of time to sort all issues that have been lingering from a technical point of repair and on trail emergencies. Ethan is a fantastic instructor and I will sign up again when additional courses are offered

Great service. A real quick installation and pick up service for my Trek
Everything was fixed quickly, with great communication, and what was covered under warranty was clear. I did leave the bike shop without the battery in my electric bike and had to come back to get the battery. But other than that everything was really smooth.

Staff received a bike that was shipped from Huntsville and was very grateful the bike shop was able to that for me. Staff were willing to assist and provide options. Staff know bicycles and bicycle parts and took time to look for specific parts for me. I had a really great experience with your bike mechanic who was very knowledgeable and helpful, and who was able to provide a great explanation about bike seats and bike posts. He was able to adjust my seat so that the bike was rideable, even though the bike seat post was not quite long enough. Thanks!
