I have bought several bikes, ski boots, skis, and lots of accessories from Steamboat Ski and Bike Kare. I have also always had them service my bikes. Their staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have always enjoyed great service from them.
Even on a last minute, needed fix they took the time to go a little bit extra to make sure I had a proper set-up.

Called to get my daughter’s bike serviced. Needed a brake bleed. Staff stated they could get it done same day. They had it completed within 90 minutes even during a busy holiday weekend. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this shop

I stopped into the repair shop to inquire about new tires for my road bike. The technician asked about my riding and what I was looking for. He made a recommendation which I followed. Took the bike to him right after that. I received a text later in the day saying the bike was finished and ready for pickup. The service, skill, and communication were 10+. I had used this shop once before for bike repairs.
Repair was done on time and bike runs like it is new.

Triston and service partners went out of their way to make things happen so I could pick up the bike on this past Sunday as promised by swapping out a rear tire from another bike in stock as opposed to having to order one that would have required me to drive back to Steamboat from Grand Lake next week. A tremendous help.
When I went in to pick up the bike, it looked like it did the day I walked out of the store in 2020...it was all cleaned and looked brand new. I was so impressed...as I only brought it in for a flat tire and service. Amazing.
Triston also called me a couple of times to let me know the status. I only wish all service places (cars, appliances, etc.) were so informative, promised what they said they would do, and were of such a high-class of service. I can't say enough good things about my experience!!!!
Great customer service year-round and a good selection of products. We trust Ski & Bike Kare to tune our race skis, even during the summer months, when needed for ski camps or international travel. And SBK has been great in the summer when we have impromptu bike needs pop up mid-ride.

There was an issue with a new tire not fitting our son’s bike. They called us right away, had a great solution, and got everything done that day very quickly.
My son picked up his bike the next day, biked out of the shop and loves the upgrades and time spent on the bike!
