The service was great, the techs made sure to go over what I wanted out of my tune. Bevel angle, detune, structure, wax, etc. Turnaround on my skis was fast!
Everyone from the owner to the guys renting skis are super friendly, helpful, and will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need. They are very accommodating I walked in to the downtown location without a reservation and the owner fix my ski boots. I had a large group with me and they got them all skis quickly and were very nice and only charged them for the days we actually skied.
The attention Harry gave me while working on my boots was above and beyond what I expected. Making sure the fit is right must run through the company chain as I witnessed Mike taking every avenue to make sure his customer was in the right boot at the right size. The attention to detail is appreciated.

As a local Ski Patroller, I often need to replace ski gear or get parts for worn out ski hardware. This place is my first choice!
We’ve been loyal customers of Harry’s for 35 years; he’s expertly equipped all of us, including three sons who did Winter Sports Club. I went in seeking AT boots and was delighted by Mike’s patient help in finding me last year’s Atomic boot and fitting it to my foot. Tozzi gave me great guidance on bindings so I got those too. Their service is still top notch!
Got new boats for this season the team lived up to the hype.
Started with the flexibility in scheduling. I was recovering from turf toe and the team was really flexible in rescheduling a couple of times.
Working with Hairy was great. Really helpful in narrowing down options and thorough with the fitting.
Came in after the first day to the shop at the base for a couple of adjustments. Will(?) was just as thorough and good as Hairy. Left with a perfect pair of boots on day 2! As good as it gets in my book.

Willie was amazing getting the right custom boot for me and for my daughter! My original custom boot (many years old) blew out and I couldn’t use them. Tried a rental boot for two runs and went straight to Willie. The boots he put me in are amazing and love skiing with them! Thank you!
