The staff at Ski and Bike Kare are very knowledgable and super friendly. They go out of their way to get your equipment fitted just right. The two stores, one in town and one on the mountain, make getting adjustments and repairs super easy and they open early in the morning and stay open late, and that adds to the convenience of dropping off and picking up your gear. Highly recommend this business!

Top notch staff. Have used them exclusively for Steamboat, and decided to make my first ski boot purchase with them because of their knowledge, friendliness and diverse offerings. My wife proved to be a difficult fit but Brendan did a fantastic job of finding her the right boot and customizing it to her foot. Excellent service, excellent demo skis. We will be back.

I want management to know what a great job Sean, John and the entire crew at the mountain store are doing. I demo’d skis this week and they were very helpful and courteous. As a result of this experience, as well as very positive long-standing experience with seasonal rentals for my kids, I ended up buying new skis from the store.
