They are a great shop to work with for all my needs both the summer and winter. They have very competent staff and always willing to help the customer understand the equipment being purchased. And above all, and this disseminates down to all the staff, the owner, Harry, is wonderful to work with for all my sports equipment.

Ski and Bike Kare sales team has always been friendly and accommodating in helping to meet my needs. I found a large competing ski and bike store closer to the mountain to be just the opposite and once recently I walked out feeling I was not the customer but rather the enemy. Ouch.
I have been using ski and bike care for the last two decades and I do not see that changing. Their staff and service is the best in town.

Everyone in the sales store was friendly and knowledgeable. The new bike and parts inventory was impressive. They have a large number of rental bikes of all styles and sizes, including e-bikes. The shop guys are very knowledgeable and collaborative. Multiple guys took the time to check out some problems we had with our own bikes and made some quick and effective adjustments while we waited. They also offered great advice on how to maintain our bikes.
We brought in a bike yesterday needing a major repair and it was immediately repaired. Great service!!!
