Every time I have rented equipment there has been good attention to detail. As a beginning skier it is very intimedating walking in to rent equipment. My knowledge level is low and the staff have always made sure that I was comfortable with the equipment before I walked out the door.
Also, being able to hold onto the equipment for 24hrs on a one day rental keeps me coming back. Being that I’m not wealthy and can only get time in the afternoon to pick up the equipment and return it the following afternoon will keep me coming back and I would definitely recommend Steamboat Kare to anyone looking to rent equipment.

They take the time to understand what your are looking for and will give you an education on why their suggestions with fulfill that need. Never any buying pressure.
They have been my go to ski shop for years and I always feel good about my interactions with this shop, whether it is buying skis, boots or just getting a deburr and wax.

Everyone in our family has gotten custom ski boots at your shop. I just got new skis and bindings. We value the attention to detail, expertise, personal anttention, and quality care that we’ve experienced each time. Harry is amazing, the other staff are friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Also, the equipment is top not h. Parking is easy and hours are great. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our ski equipment needs.
