Friendly folks and good product
This week I had an issue with a tire that completely deflated while I was riding it. I brought the tire and rim in, had the inner tube replaced in 10 minutes and paid for it. The next time I used the bike, the same tire deflated again. Obviously, I was a bit frustrated, but I brought my whole bike in this time in case it was something else that could have caused the repeat flat, and left my bike for the day. When I returned, they disclosed that they found a piece of glass in the tire they should have noticed the first time, My bike was completely fixed, and they didn't charge me, because they felt they should have found the glass shard the first time. I am thankful for their perseverance and their gift of the second service visit. With service like that, I will be back!
