The service was top notch from the moment I walked in the door. We looked my bike over together, talked with the service tech on what he was planning on doing and they gave me a quote. They told me a timeline for the service and it was done 1 day sooner than they anticipated. When I picked up my bike, Chris went above and beyond explaining what they found and the tune up that was provided. We started chatting about me wanting to sell this particular bike and he found me comps for price comparison's, etc. The cherry on top was Chris walking me to the door to hold it open for me when bringing it out to my vehicle. First Class all the way! Thank You

The Stadium Bike Team did a great job servicing my Trek Domane Road Bike! Had new Handlebar Tape installed and shifting tuned. The tape wrap was perfectly done, and the bike shifts great.
From the minute I dropped off my bike I felt taken care of. They let me know exactly what i was looking at as far as needed parts and the cost. I had expressed interest in a helmet in red they put it behind the desk for me to pick up with my bike. Best of all, they showed me how I could load my bike into my vehicle without it being such a struggle.
