i would say that this experience was all about the service. i cant praise enough how great these guys are and how serious they take their positive customer service. i came in just as soon as the doors opened and was greeted properly and asked if i needed any help. these guys got right on the problem and got me fixed up. i ended up making a second trip because i sliced a tire. so they hooked me up and got me on the trails again. no down time. it was fantastic.

I went to Phat Tire after meeting one of the employees in a mutual volunteer group - Bike Club. I am preparing for a longer, organized ride with my brother in law and decided it was time to get some more appropriate threads for this ride. The staff member who helped was very frank and informative and I made a purchase. The prices seemed reasonable and he also educated me about gravel bikes as I'm considering making a purchase of a new bicycle in the future. I think the shop on Harvard is great!
Not only did they help me out when I needed my son’s bike fixed, but they did it quickly. When the initial fix didn’t solve the issue, they stayed late to make sure it was perfect (on a Sunday night!) Being from out of town, it’s great to have a place to come with 100% confidence in the future!
Ben and the gentleman (Andy?) in the back (sorry I can’t remember his name) were extremely great to work with!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and there was a beautiful Electra Townie with my name on it. Errza was very helpful in explaining my options, and after making some changes to the bike, I picked it up later that day and it rides like a dream!! Very happy with my purchase there. I hope the BA location won't be mad that I bought this bike at the South Tulsa location! We live only about 3 miles away and Kevin treats me really good whenever I need anything.
All in all, very pleased.

We had a chain break and stopped by on a Sunday. We were helped with prompt and friendly service, and ended up buying stuff because of the excellent staff. Unbelievable to us that on a busy Sunday we could be helped so well.

I was on the trail and developed a flat. Came into the Fayetteville location and Jayden evaluated my bike. He stopped what he was doing and got me going recommending new tires along with the tube He got me back to the trail. I appreciated his listening and bumping me to the front of the line.
