Setting up service in advance was smooth and easy. Service was prompt and helpful. Ian took the extra step to ensure my bike was assembled and fully tuned for my race.
The team was very friendly and very helpful. They took my bike in late in the day before Big Sugar, diagnosed a chain issue, got me totally fixed up and out the door in about 30 minutes. Saved me a really long day the next day!

David went above and beyond helping my friends purchase their bikes. He also helped them load their bikes on the back of their car on the new rack they bought. They were so excited and happy that he did all that. He is the best.

I had the best experience very friendly it was almost closing time but, it was no problem for them they got my bike tires fixed up and offered to help me load them up I will be back 100% !!! Highly recommend ….

Exactly what you look for in a local shop. I work nearby. I see all of the guys working on bikes or next door supporting Old Pine, the local coffee shop. Started a chat about a bike for my kid, plenty of tire kicking but Mark and crew always helped. Finally brought my kid in, found a great bike that fit, guys made it a great experience for him and his little bro. Good dudes, great service. Happy to have them close by.
