Customer service was very good and the bikes performed very well.
We’ve purchased 6 Trek bikes from Ted over the last10 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Ted and his staff are outstanding in every way. From sales to service and everything in between you won’t find a more knowledgeable gentleman. If you’re looking for a high quality bike or E Bike you won’t find anything or anyone better. The biking product line was amazing, but your customer service was even better. Paige was so hospitable, kind, and knowledgeable about the mountain bike inventory along with trails to visit in our local area. Petals And Pedles is a full service, bike shop and has had everything I need when I go biking. Their pricing has been very reasonable, I know I’ve gotten some great deals at the shop. And Ted, the owner has been very good at servicing my bikes when needed.
