We are on vacation, arrived Monday morning, I was having trouble with my bike. They looked at it right away, fixed all the problems and I had it back later that day. I am very pleased, they are very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and the cost was reasonable.

Ted is skilled, friendly, and gets the work completed quickly. My wife and I have purchased saddles, helmets, jackets and other items and have always been happy with the quality of his Bontrager products. Ted is knowledgeable about and helps sponsor many area bike events.
Products are unique and well displayed also service was amazing in a time where costumer service has been put on the back burner. I loved the interaction and wisdom from Ted and Ted who assisted me.

Ted has been very helpful to me each time I go in the store. He has good suggestions and goes above and beyond explaining various items I've bought or done to my bike. I appreciate his willingness to not only recommend an item (ex. a red blinking LED rear light) but also his willingness to install it before I leave.
