Good service and knowledge for the kind of bike I needed for our visit. They were able to provide us with what we need. Great bike, no issues. Store was set up for social distancing as well as hand sanitizer throughout the store. Mask required!!!

i like the service a lot and you take care of people with caring even if they are not buying you helped us the first time we came in store and fixed ower bike and would not take any money for doing it and that day told us this is a place that will care and stand behind their product yhat means a lot to me thank you

Pedals and Petals is a gem of a bike shop in the Adirondacks! I've had to get my bike fixed and replace some equipment and they are always so helpful. I highly recommend this shop!
The knowledge offered customers is worth the one hour trip,I went in with problems that couldn’t be duplicated at times and like that it was all fixed back to normal I’m very impressed

Ted is awesome - a veteran rider and an excellent mechanic. I snapped a cable to my rear derailleur on a Saturday and Ted repaired it and did a complete tune up by midday Sunday! My bike has never been in better shape. I can't recommend him and his shop highly enough.

An eclectic store addressing a nice variety of cycling needs, including rentals, repairs, and purchases. Very helpful folks to get us set up with a boy we brought on vacation with us who needed a bike for the week.
