Nice products. Helpful and knowledgeable service.
Love that they are local and take the time to make sure that they are getting you the right equipment for whatever it is that you are looking to do whether it be bike riding or skiing. I have used them over the last 15 years and they have always taken great care of my kids and I. They truly care and can speak knowledgeably about whatever sport you are looking to pursue. Just purchased a new mountain bike the other day during this whole Covid-19 thing. Made a private appointment, they had bikes for me to try and worked with me one-on-one to get the right fit. Going back to pick up another bike for my daughter Saturday. They go above and beyond. Thank you Ted and crew for always taking care of us.

I had searched pretty much nation-wide for some replacement x-country ski boots that were compatible with my metal edge back country skis with Salomon SNS Profil bindings. My skis and bindings were in excellent shape. I didn't want to scrap my gear because they had been phased out.
Ted was helpful and knowledgeable and had several choices in my size. Calls to other dealers/etailers resulted in a lot of misinformation on compatibility with new boot/binding designs. I could have easily ordered the wrong product and have to go through the hassle of returning product. The price was outstanding and he shipped them out the same day. They should arrive any day!

We really enjoy the convenience of storing our skis at the Pedals and Petals branch at Mc Cauley Mountain. Also so they make lovely bouquets at their Inlet store.
Ted is always knowledgeable about products he sells and offers thoughtful insights for local riding regarding road and mountain biking. He also fixed a Ritchey Swisscross bike for me this summer that had brake issues. He researched the problem through that company and came up with an affordable solution. Recently we bought an indoor smart trainer from Ted and my and I live it and are considering a platform from Saris.
