This place is wonderful. Brought our sons bike in that broke while camping. The gentleman was so helpful and said he would try to get fixed by the next day. Got an email 4hrs later that the bike was fixed. Very reasonable pricing.
Good service, bikes in excellent condition
Ted and his staff were extremely accommodating to help in the repairs needed to fix two of our bikes while we were on vacation in the Adirondack’s. One bike was damaged in transport and the other was damaged accidentally. Ted got our bikes in and within two days they both were fixed and back on the trails.

Both clerks provided exceptional product knowledge and information on bikes. My bike needed a new chain. They did exceptional work and did so at a very reasonable fee. Even fine-tuned my derailleur for barely a charge.

Great mountain bike rentals, very nice Trek bikes well equipped and in great shape. Also really appreciated that they were able to fix a derailleur problem on my bike (not rented) right then and there, expertly repaired at modest cost! Thank you very much!!
