I appreciate the wide variety of items available in your shop. My son works at Camp Gotham, so even though I am not a local, I still find myself in Inlet several times during the summer. You have always had whatever I have needed to meet my cycling needs, and a great selection of gifts.

I was looking for my first electric mountain bike. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic it is hard to find quality electric mountain bike at this time. I normally would go to my local Trek dealer in Syracuse who does a great job.
Unfortunately,they did not have a Trek powerfly FS 5 in stock.
I called Trek headquarters and they found a Trek powerfly FS 5 FS 5, at Pedals + Petals in Inlet New York.
It was worth the two and a half hour drive to get exact bike I wanted.
Ted, the owner was exceptional. He was very patient and professional and set my bike up perfectly.
His staff was also courteous and very friendly.
Overall, a great experience.
Obviously, I will continue to use my local Trek dealer in Syracuse New York for service.
If you are ever in the old forge or inlet New York area I recommend you stop into Pedals and Petals and see Ted and his staff.
