Outstanding service. The staff was courteous and professional. A very pleasant experience. When everyone else said they could not order a bicycle, Pedals and Petals ordered a Trek Dual Sport #3 Women's bike with a reasonable deposit. The predicted delivery date was April, but it came in time for Christmas. The bike was all ready to go when I came to pick it up. My sweetheart is going to get a big surprise when she sees what "Santa" brought her for Christmas.

I had lost my last rear view eyeglass mirror that I use when sculling in open water, and I could not find it in local New Jersey outlets. I had purchased them from your store last September and I looked you up on line. I spoke to Ted by phone who found the product in stock and mailed two copies to me immediately.
