During the process of buying a Wahoo Kickr Trainer, when I dithered and prevaricated over the best model I received quiet and gentle support leading me to a decision. Advice was always expert, I was never pushed into buying. All questions I had were quickly answered. It seemed that my needs were put before those of a quick sale. The Kickr once ordered, arrived quickly, my bike serviced and adapted. Highly recommend this shop which puts customers first.
