Pearsons (now renamed Forge1860) is everything a bike shop. They manufacture excellent bikes, the service is friendly and sensible. The two brothers (5th generation with 6th generation working in the shop) are always there to welcome you and ask what you need. The workshop is busy but you can always pop in at the weekend and they will endeavour to help. I would not go anywhere else.

Customer service has been superb since my first enquiry about purchasing the Pearson On and On. Prompt replies to emails and polite friendly staff when I’ve had to call the store. My bike arrived the very next day, well packaged and a quality bit of kit. Shame there are no stores further North.

It's not just the great products that make Forge 1860 a great business, it's the outstanding service.
Nothing is a problem for the team, in my experience they are all there to help. I find that you get straightforward advice, not just attempts to sell more products. And if you are in a jam they will be sure to do their best to sort you out. I have experienced that myself. And in the shop I have witnessed first hand how they help others to take the stress out of tricky problems.
This family business has been around for a very long time and given the way that they operate, they deserve to be around for a lot longer!
