The bike service was great. Everything I asked for was listened to and as I have a forge bike (which I love) - I can be confident that any replacements will be like for like. I had a scratch which was covered up for me very well. The team are really friendly and welcoming with a coffee. And you can lap around Richmond park after with your freshly serviced bike.
As usual, absolutely fantastic service! They had the time and the patience to help. My issue was a puncture in a tubeless tire which seemed to burst out intermittently! They were thoughtful and spent the time to find the puncture, put more sealant in the tyre and watch it to ensure it sealed and help me get on the road again!

The On and On is high class and beautifully build and rides equally as impressively. Initially, thought the service could have been more informative, and lost some confidence due to a hiccup with the order spec, but the bike restored the faith.
